3. Deductions on Approved Refunds
- If a refund is approved, 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and 10% platform fees will be deducted from the total amount paid.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

- The request must include:
Full name
Payment details and transaction ID
Reason for the refund request
